How can I ensure I order the correct size?

Refer to the detailed size charts shown for each specific item to ensure you order the correct size.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

Arrangements can be made with [cust] to exchange garments in some cases. It is vital that you do order the correct size as once items are branded they cannot be returned. Please refer to our Returns policy for full information.

What if my order is wrong?

If you order contains the wrong items (size, colour, logo) please report this by email to aftersales@ace-online.co.uk immediately. The goods will need to be returned but replacements will be provided. The returns are to be returned to your collection point or posted back to ACE Embroidery Limited. Please refer to our Returns policy for full information.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

Standard delivery time is between 5 and 20 working days, however we will always aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Stock delays will be reported to you as soon as possible and you will be kept informed of your order status.

Can I place my order over the telephone?

No, all orders must be placed using this website.If you do not have internet access or would rather not pay online you can place orders with your School/Company.

What times can I collect my order from ACE?

Our opening times are 9 to 5 Monday to Thursday and 9 to 4 Fridays.
